摘要:随着社会的进步，人们逐步开始重视对精神需求的满足，国家也开始重视文化方面的发展，逐步重视博物馆事业的发展，来满足人们日益增长的精神需求。

　　　本文针对民间博物馆的发展模式展开论述与分析，通过对比和统计的方法探讨民间博物馆的建立模式、经营模式、管理模式等，并对未来民间博物馆的发展提出一些意见和建议，如：向多样性转变、政府扶持、争取公众的认同。

Abstract:As society advances, people are gradually starting to focus on the satisfaction of spiritual needs, the state has begun to pay attention to cultural development, and gradually the emphasis on the development of museums to meet the growing spiritual needs.    This paper discusses the development model of the Folk Museum and analysis, through comparison and statistical methods to explore the establishment of private museums model, business model, management model, put forward some opinions and suggestions for the future development of private museums, such as: the diversity changes in government support, to gain public recognition.

　　　通过调查和研究，笔者对中国民间博物馆（港、澳、台除外）的发展模式得出以下结论：

　　　第一，我国民间博物馆的建立模式主要有政府或社会提供场所；私人捐赠藏品；企业的组成部分这三部分。

　　　第二，我国民间博物馆的经营模式主要有企业化自主运作和自负亏盈的经营模式。

　　　第三，我国民间博物馆主要采取的是自主管理和企业管理模式，这两种管理模式的民间博物馆均以馆长为首，下设多个部门，分别对博物馆日常运作和经营进行管理。
