摘要：江苏省作为我国纺织品出口的重要基地，其纺织服装行业有着相当悠久的历史，并在江苏的经济建设与社会发展间扮演了重要角色。但随着加入世界贸易组织从而致使经济开放程度的不断深入，其为服装出口行业提供了前所未有的机会，但与此同时也带来了极大的风险和挑战。如何合理利用这宝贵的机遇，使我省的纺织品服装出口业提升到一个更高的档次，对江苏经济发展将会起到相当重要之作用。本文旨在通过分析江苏省纺织服装出口业的现状与特点，并结合现实情况，提出江苏纺织服装出口业的相对应的一些发展策略，借此为江苏纺织服装出口行业的发展提供一些建议。

Abstract: Jiangsu as one of most important cloth and textile export district of our country, its trade of clothes has very long history, and has played an important role in economic construction and social development of Jiangsu．But with constant deepening of economic degree of opening After brought into World Trade Organization，it also has brought great risk and challenge while offering unprecedented opportunity for clothes export too．How make good use of very rare historical opportunity and make textile clothes of Jiangsu export trade to high step，the development of the economy of Jiangsu will play a very important role．This text aims at through analyzing Jiangsu textile clothes export the current situations，characteristics of tile trade，combine the actual conditions，propose Jiangsu textile clothes export trade some corresponding development countermeasures，offer some suggestions for the fact that Jiangsu textile clothes export the developing of the trade.

　　如今的江苏省纺织品出口行业必须要通过提高新品种和新款式的研究与设计能力，以及自主品牌的建设力度才能进一步提升其在国际市场上的竞争力。纺织品出口企业也必须通过不断地完善自身体制、提高管理水平以及创造出适用性更强的人力资源管理机制，才能更好地培养并留住人才，从而使得企业的发展更快、更好。自我国加入世界贸易组织，江苏纺织品出口行业面临着越来越多的新的挑战。这就要求整个江苏纺织品出口行业要不断提高产品的质量和档次，要更好的适应国外客户的需求，提高自身的服务水平，只有如此，江苏的钒制品出口行业才能保持既有的领先地位。
