内容摘要:在全球经济一体化的今天，中小企业作为国民经济组成的一部分，在社会经济和生活中占据极其重要的位置。本文通过论述中小企业发展模式及其主要问题，分析了影响中小企业发展模式的因素，运用举例的方式，提出了如何选择中小企业的创新发展模式的方法。研究表明，抗风险能力低下、内部管理不足、产品专业化程度不高、外部环境欠佳是中小企业发展模式中存在的主要问题，政府政策、管理、创新是影响中小企业发展模式的三大主要因素，而根据中小企业自身优势与劣势，进行了对产品创新、管理创新、技术创新、市场创新等关于中小企业的创新发展模式的选择。

Abstract：In today's global economic intergration, small and medium enterprises, as part of the national economy, are the basic of the economic prosperity and the momentum of the sustainable and stable economic growth. It plays an extremely important role in the national economy and social life.This thesis analyzes the three factors, namely government policy, management factors and creative factor, which impact the development choice of SMEs through discussing the main mode of development of SMEs, financing difficulties, single marketing methods, insufficient R&D technology, poor internal management, external environment and other issues.Meanwhile, considering characteristics and advantages of various types of Chinese small and medium enterprises, we should select the creative SMEs development pattern with product innovation, management innovation, market innovation and also technological innovation.
