摘要:随着现在企业管理理论研究的进步,发挥非正式组织在企业中的作用越来越受到重视。本文在阐述非正式组织作用的基础上,分析了非正式组织发挥作用面临的主要问题及问题产生的原因,提出了提升非正式组织作用的策略。研究表明,将非正式组织的利益与正式组织结合、通过管理者施压引导非正式沟通、用组织文化引导培养团队协作型文化、通过合作牵住非正式组织关键领导人物、采取内部公关策略建立正式沟通渠道及将工作团队小型化等是提升非正式组织作用的有效方法。

Abstract:With the progressing of current enterprise management theory research, the role of informal organizations in enterprises is attracting more and more attention. Based on the elaborating of informal organization function, the main problems and the reasons that the informal organizations will face when they are coming into play is analyzed, and puts forward the ascending strategy of informal organization role. Research shows that, effective measures to ascend the fuction of informal organizations are as below:combining the benefits of the informal organizations and the formal one, guiding the informal communication through the administration pressure, cultivating the team collaborative organizational culture guided the organizational culture, hold the key leaders of informal organization by means of coorperation, adopting the internal pr strategies to establish formal communication channel and making the miniaturization of working teams.
