摘要:众所周知，顺德是中国最大的家电生产基地，享有“家电王国”、“家电之都”的美誉。然而，2006年7月1日生效的《关于在电子电气设备中限制使用有害物质的指令》（即ROHS指令）对顺德家电产品出口的影响日趋明显。本文首先从顺德家电出口到欧盟的增速放缓和企业技术开发能力薄弱等方面的现状，归纳出顺德家电出口的目标市场集中在发达国家和企业技术水平落后等主要原因。然后分析了ROHS指令对顺德家电出口造成的现实影响。最后论文引用美的应对ROHS指令的案例，对顺德政府提出了应培养企业的环保意识，构建应对技术标准信息发布平台等建议，同时顺德家电企业应该开拓海外市场，发展绿色出口贸易。

Abstract:We all know, Shunde is the largest home appliance production base in China, enjoy the “Kingdom of home appliances, home appliances” in the world. However, the Directive came into effect on July 1,2006 on the restriction of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (ROHS Directive) impact on exports of Shunde is becoming increasingly apparent. Firstly, from Shunde exported to the status of the EU slowdown and corporate technology development capacity is weak, summed up the Shunde export target market is concentrated in developed countries and the business of technology lagged behind the main reasons. And then analyze the ROHS Directive Shunde export reality. Finally, the article references the United States to deal with the case of the ROHS Directive, Shunde government should cultivate environmental awareness, to build the recommendation deal with the technical standards for information dissemination platform, at the same time, Shunde household electrical appliance enterprises to explore overseas markets, the development of green export trade.
