摘 要:中国与日本之间的贸易最早可追溯到汉朝。虽然在这两千多年以来两国之间的摩擦不断，但是这并没有影响两国间的贸易往来。中日经贸关系在我国对外贸易关系中占有重要地位，通过研究日本对华直接投资和中日贸易之间的内在联系，有助于我国制定和完善吸引日本对华直接投资和促进中日贸易的相关政策，正确把握日本对华直接投资的特点，分析日本对华直接投资对我国经济的影响，对有效的引进和利用日资，促进中日贸易进一步发展，使其服务于我国经济改革、增强我国经济实力，具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT:Between China and Japan, the earliest trade dating back to the Han Dynasty. Although in this two thousand years of friction between the two countries, but this does not affect trade between the two countries.
