摘要:儿童食品安一直受到国家和社会重视。本文通过分析关于儿童食品安全的立法价值，进一步指出了关于儿童食品安全的立法在我国建立的必要性和重要性。而且，无论从国家政策、法律法规还是实践的角度，在我国建立儿童食品安全法都有一定的可行性。但由于关于保护儿童食品安全的制度在我国现行法律法规中没有明确的规定，所以在司法实践中各地的做法并没有统一的标准。在此，通过借鉴儿童食品安全保护在国际上的经验，对我国构建儿童食品安全法提出了具体的若干建议。

This article through the analysis about children food safety legislation value, and further points out that the food safety legislation about children in our country and the necessity of establishing the importance.
