摘要:本文在劳动合同法的指引下，对劳务派遣这个概念作了科学界定，再系统回顾了我国劳务派遣行业现状。重点在经过对我国劳务派遣行业进行系统描述和分析后，具体分析我国劳务派遣行业受到《劳动合同法》的影响，并在最后提出相关建议和意见。

Abstract:Under the guidance of the Labor Contract Law, this paper made scientific definition of labor dispatch concept, and then systematically reviewed the status of our country’s labor dispatch market. Through the market research, it focused on specific analysis of the dispatch market origin and the existing risks. To cope with the impact of the new labor law for the dispatch services industry in China, this paper made relevant suggestions and comments in hope of building a balanced labor market mechanism where the labor-sending agencies, employers, dispatched workers can coexist in harmony.
