摘要:在最近酒店业发展蓬勃的势头下酒店对人员的需求也越来越大,在吸收人员之后该如何对人员进行培训及激励,优化企业的人力资源,避免人员流失过大,并进而将其转为酒店自身的竞争优势。

   本论文将会讨论酒店对其员工的吸收以及优化现象,并尝试探索如何将这方面的要素确切地转化为企业的竞争力。其重中之重是如何避免人才流失。人员流动过快过多,人才流失严重,这也是我国目前大多数酒店面临的严峻处境以及需要解决或者缓和的问题。

Abstract:In the recent development of the hotel industry vigorously up to the needs of the hotel staff is more and more huger, in the absorption after this how to staff personnel training and motivation, optimization of the enterprise human resources, avoid excessive loss of personnel, and then turn them into hotel own competitive advantage.

   This paper will discuss the hotel to its employees and optimizing the absorption of the phenomenon, and try to explore how the elements will be exactly into the competition ability of the enterprise. Its top priority is how to avoid brain drain. Personnel flow too much too fast, the brain drain is serious, this is our country at present the most hotel with the severe situation and needs to solve the problem of or ease.

   在正式总结之前不妨再理顺一下本论文推导论证的逻辑:为了控制人才流失现象所以要对员工进行激励;在用激励手段去保障酒店人力资源稳定的基础上对员工进行全面的培训使其确实成为酒店与同行竞争的软实力;在拥有竞争力的情况下酒店的服务质量以及企业声誉口碑和客源也有了保障,从而为酒店创造更多的利润。

因此,无论是激励员工或者是对员工进行优质的系统培训,都对酒店的持续发展有着重要的意义,员工的满意是也是顾客满意的根本,只有满意的员工,才能服从酒店安排下来的培训,通过培训增强自身服务技能,这样才能提供让顾客满意的服务,才能为酒店创造更多的利润,才能使酒店更长远地持续发展。
