摘  要:随着科学技术的发展,人们对自动化的要求越来越高。组合机床的应用也越来越广泛,与此同时对它的自动控制要求也变得更加严格。它使生产加工变得更加便捷,效率也大大的提高。“组合机床”属于开关量控制系统。可选择的系统有:继电器控制系统;可编程控制系统;计算机控制系统;单片机控制系统。而PLC程序控制系统以其适应性强、可靠性高、设计调试方便等,在许多工业部门得到了应用。

  本设计以多工位组合机床的PLC控制系统的设计为研究对象以及机床的工作过程和控制要求进行分析。在此基础上,进行了系统控制方案的确定。主要包括工作台的旋转、上料、钻孔、扩孔、攻丝、冷却、下料等。这一系列动作都靠电动机的拖动来完成。同时也给出了:主电路接线图、状态分配图、PLC接线图、I/O分配图、PLC梯形图等。

  在PLC的编程指令中,主要选用的是步进指令。步进指令在编程和读写的时候便于读写,也便于理解。

ABSTRACT:With the development of science and technology, people have become increasingly demand for automation. The combinations of machine tool applications are increasingly being used, at the same time its automatic control requirements are becoming more stringent. It makes the production and processing become more convenient, efficiency is greatly improved. “Modular Machine Tool” is a volume control switch system. Alternative system: relay control system; programmable control system; computer control system; single chip control system. PLC program control system for its adaptability, high reliability, easy to design and debug, and has been applied in many industrial sectors.

   The designs to multi-station combination machine PLC control system design for the study and machine work process analysis and control requirements. On this basis, the determination of the system control program. Including the rotation of the table, feeding, drilling, reaming, tapping, cooling, cutting and so on. This series of actions by the drag of the motor to complete .At the same time also presents: the main circuit wiring diagram, state diagram, PLC diagram, I/O diagram, PLC ladder diagram etc.

   PLC programming instructions, optional step instructions. Step instructions in the programming and read and write easy to read and write, but also easy to understand.
