摘  要:随着科学技术的日新月异，自动化程度要求越来越高，原有的生产装料装置远远不能满足当前高度自动化的需要。减轻劳动强度，保障生产的可靠性、安全性，降低生产成本，提高产品的质量及经济效益是企业生成所必须面临的重大问题。

　　　本设计利用三菱FX2N对饺子机进行自动控制，使用PLC控制饺子机，具有使用方便，运行可靠，控制程序设计简单等优点。本设计用经验设计法编程，可以使设计思路清晰，编程简便。主要分析了系统软件设计部分，并给出了系统硬件接线图，PLC控制I/O端口分配表以及整体程序流程图等，实现了从入料到产出饺子和包装饺子全自动生产。达到省时、省力、批量生产的目的，当遇到故障时还可实现报警和人工手动控制，适用于饭店、工厂等场所。

ABSTRACT:Along with the science and technology change rapidly, the degree of automation of increasingly high demand, production of the original charging device can not meet the demand of high degree of automation.
