摘要:随着我国经济的高速发展,微电子技术,计算机技术,自动化控制技术都得到了迅速发展,交流变频调速技术也已经进入了一个崭新的时代,其应用越来越光。而风机作为矿山企业必不可少的设备与企业的生产效率紧密相关,随着能源的日益紧缺,企业中的设备节能问题就显得尤为重要。

   本文将以一个商务酒店风机系统节能的实例来对此风机系统展开描述。此风机系统由冷冻、冷却泵电机组成。主机可以根据载量变化增加和减少,冷冻和冷却系统却不能随负载变化作出相应的反应,故存在很大的铺张。本次设计结合后台风机系统的工作,利用电机、PLC、数据转换模块、温度感应等组成温差闭环手动自动结合控制,对风机系统进行改造,从而达到节能效果。

Abstract:With China's rapid economic development, micro-electronics technology, computer technology, automation and control technology has been developed rapidly, AC variable speed technology has entered a new era, more and more light. Fan as a mining enterprise essential equipment and the production efficiency is closely related with the increasing scarcity of energy, enterprise equipment, energy saving is particularly important.

   The design an energy-efficient fan system instance. The article will be a business hotel fan system energy-saving programs to an unfolding narrative. This fan system from freezing, cooling pump, frozen host, cooling towers and compressors. Frozen host can be loaded along with changes in the load or load shedding, the chilled water pump and cooling water pump can not make the necessary adjustments with the load change, so there is a lot of waste. The design combines the operating characteristics of the hotel fan system, energy-saving fan water circulation system, so as to achieve the energy saving effect.
