摘  要:半导体激光器凭着其体积小、重量轻、能耗低、成本低、效率高、寿命长、结构简单、易于集成、可直接调制等众多别类激光器无法比拟的优势已成为市场上的主要激光器件。

   传统的半导体激光器泵浦电源是用一个模拟电源,该类激光泵浦电源存在体积较大电源输出值调制不便,稳定度较差等缺点;与传统的模拟半导体激光泵浦电源相比,数字式激光泵浦电源能较好的克服模拟电源的缺点。数字式激光泵浦电源凭借着其智能化、强大的实时控制功能、高度抗干扰性、高可靠性等众多优异性能,正在逐渐成为半导体激光器泵浦电源的主流驱动电源。

   本设计首先介绍了半导体激光器的结构和工作原理及特性,接着详细分析了本数字式半导体激光泵浦电源的设计要求,以及实现其功能的方案可行性。本论文设计的数字驱动电源采用电流负反馈环节,能够实现电流的自动控制。该设计包括控制部分和恒流电源两大部分。恒流源采用电流负反馈环节使输出电流保持在较高的稳定度;控制部分采用单片机作为核心;另外采用了高精度的DAC和ADC,配以矩阵键盘和LCD实现输出电流达到较高精度和可视化。同时该设计还采取了相应的保护措施,比如过电流保护、电压慢启停保护等,以实现输出电流稳定可靠,保证半导体激光器工作在较高的稳定度上。

ABSTRACT:Semiconductor  laser with  those advantages of small size, light weight, low energy consumption, low cost, high efficiency, long service life, simple structure, ease of integration, can be directly modulated, and many other incomparable advantages ,it has become the main laser devices on the market. 

   Traditional pump power supply of  semiconductor  laser is a analog  power  supply .  This pumped  power supply has disadvantages of larger size and poor stability .  Compared  with the traditional analog power supply of semiconductor  laser  , digital  pumped power supply can overcome  those disadvantages of analog power supply .  Digital power supply  with  the Outstanding performance of intelligent ,  Powerful real-time control functions , a high degree of anti-jamming sexuality, high reliability, and many other excellent performance, isgradually becoming the mainstream power supply of the semiconductor laser .

   This design first introduced the structure, working principle and characteristics of semi - conductor laser . then in detail analysed the design requirements of this digital semiconductor pump laser power supply and feasibility scheme to achieve its function. In this paper design - n ,the digital power supply adopts the current negative feedback link, which be able to achie - ve automatic control of the current. The design includes two parts  of control and constant current power supply .  Constant current source uses  the current negative feedback link to keep the output current at a high degree of stability; Control part adopts a single chip micro - computer as the core; Also adopt high precision DAC and ADC, match with matrix keyboard and LCD output current can achieve higher accuracy and visualization. At the same time, the design also take  the corresponding  protective measures,  such as over current protection, voltage slow  start and stop  protection in order  to ensure the output current is stable and reliable, ensure that the semiconductor laser is operating in a higher degree of stability.
