摘要:Internet飞速发展的今天，互联网成为人们快速获取，发布和传递信息的重要渠道，它在人们政治、经济生活等各个方面发挥着重要的作用。为了将教师的信息更好的管理，提高工作效率，同时避免人工管理的错误，所以制作了教师信息管理系统。     本系统采用了基于B/S结构， ASP作为前台的开发语言，后台选择SQL Server 2005作为数据库，另外采用Dream weaver 8来美化网页。本系统分为：教师信息录入，教师信息修改，教师信息查询，教师信息打印以及教师账号管理几个功能模块。能够满足学校对于教师基本信息的管理。

Abstract:With the rapid development of Internet, the Internet has become the fast channel for people to require, publish, and transmit the information; it plays an important role in the political, economic and other parts of life. To manage the information of the teachers better and improve the work efficiency, also to avoid the errors by the manual management, the teachers' information management system is desired. 

　　The system is based on B / S structure; ASP as the development language; the database uses the SQL Server 2005.Besides, using the Dreamweaver8 to beautify the webpage .The system is divided into several parts. They are the teachers' information input, modify the teacher information, teachers’ information query, and print teachers’ information and the management of teachers’ accounts. In general, it meets the demands for school to manage the teachers’ information.

　　高校教师档案管理系统是教育单位不可缺少的部分，对于学校的决策层和管理层来说都至关重要，所以教师档案管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询方式。在此之前，人们使用传统的人工方式管理文件档案，这种管理方式存在着许多缺点和漏洞，例如：效率低、保密性差，另外时间一长，将产生大量的文件和数据，这给文件的查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。
