摘要:随着信息化时代的到来，当今社会的生活节奏越来越快，人们对工作效率的要求也越来越高，参加招聘会耗时耗力，无目的的网络搜索工作量大，且成功率低。为了方便人们通过网络投递简历找寻合适的就业机会，以计算机为基础的网络人才招聘系统就应运而生了。

　　本课题主要是以PHP作为前台开发工具，利用MySQL作为后台数据库的技术来实现的基于YII的中韩合作企业人力资源网。该网站提供了丰富的功能，包括用户注册模块、求职者信息管理模块、企业信息管理模块、新闻信息模块、留言模块、职位、人才查询模块和后台管理模块等，满足用户与用人单位之间的资源交互需求。

　　本文重点介绍了网上人才招聘系统的功能实现方法以及关键技术。

Abstract:With the coming period of information, nowadays people are more and more busy, The efficiency of people demanding become more and more high, Waste of time and strength to participate in job fairs, no purpose web search are heavy works, and also low success rate. In order to facilitate the people to send your resume via the web to find suitable employment opportunities, computer-based Web-based Job Seeking System came into being.

　　This topic mainly with PHP as the development tool, using MySQL as background database technology to achieve YII based cooperative enterprise human resources network.The site provides a wealth of features, including user registration module, job seekers information management module, the enterprise information management module, news module, message module, position, personnel inquiry module and the backstage management module and so on, to meet user between employer and resource interaction requirements.

　　This paper introduces the online recruitment system function realization methods and key technologies.
