摘要：随着全国各大高校的大力扩招，而几乎全部大学生都是住校生，学生公寓楼房数量越来越多，宿舍管理人员也越来越多。接着高校后勤社会化改革，学生住宿条件得到了相当大的改善，宿舍内的贵重设施，如电脑、饮水机等电器越来越多，宿舍安排上打破了原来按专业班级住在一起的限制，可供学生选择的空间也越来越大，后勤部门对公寓管理的指标越来越严格。因此，公寓管理的难度不断增大。普洱师专学生公寓管理系统是加强学生住宿管理、规范高校公寓日常工作、提高公寓管理效能的有效工具。本系统以公寓房间、入住学生为基础信息源，通过基础信息源可以对公寓房间床位进行分配、交纳住宿费、卫生纪律检查、公寓工作人员等进行全方位的规范管理，方便教务处、学生处、保卫处、财务处等学校职能部门及学校领导随时获得全方位的公寓管理信息，实时掌握学生入住与交费统计，动态监控公寓管理情况，实现信息资源共享，提高公寓管理工作的效率。

　　　本系统以Visual Studio 2005、SQL Server 2000为开发工具，采用C#面向对象编程语言。设计实现了学生信息管理（添加学生信息、学生信息的维护）、房间信息管理（添加房间信息、房间信息维护）、住宿信息管理（学生入住信息、入住信息维护）、卫生纪律管理（添加评分分数、评分分数维护）、交费信息管理（交纳住宿费用、住宿费用的维护）、系统信息设置等主要功能。
