摘要：基于网络的个人助理系统是典型的信息管理系统，其通过计算机管理个人和他人的联系信息，实现无纸化个人事务管理，通过查询分析，统计出各项数据，通过强大的查询和检索高效的检索出数据，提高办事效率。只要能够上网的任何地方，就可以轻松处理自己的一些大小事物，这样给个人带来了方便。

　　　基于网络的个人助理系统是利用ASP.NET,SQL Server 2005以及VS2005作为开发工具进行开发，该系统主要实现个人事务的处理，比如通讯录管理，邮件收发，重要事务的记录，在线的计算器，理财管理等功能。使用户可以在自己的计算机上轻松的处理一些个人事务，做到脱离纸质材料对日常的一些事务进行处理和储存。该系统以简洁的界面和用户进行交互，使得用户在使用过程中不会那么的费力。

　　　基于网络的个人助理系统着重于网络系统的实现，用开发应用程序来代替手工作业，它将我们从繁琐的事务性工作中解放出来，用更多的精力去关注最重要的事情，有一个好的个人助理系统来管理现代人的繁忙生活使生活更简单，更有条理。

　　　本系统的设计与实现是所用的工具是VS2005 集成开发环境，后台数据库是采用安全性较高的SQL Server 2005，使系统的安全性有了较好的保障。

　　　Design and Implementation of this system is the tool used in the VS2005 IDE, the back-end database is highly secure SQL Server 2005, the security of the system with better protection.
