摘要:进入信息时代，各种信息泄露事件屡屡发生，对人们的日常生活造成了严重困扰。如知名网站CSDN发生“泄密门”，造成600万网民密码丢失；又如一觉醒来查账，百万存款不翼而飞；网银交易，账户口令被盗等个人信息泄露事件屡见不鲜。人们的安全底线正被信息诈骗、信息买卖等犯罪“犯罪”黑洞慢慢侵蚀。为了进一步优化网络信息技术，使人们更好地享受科技发展带来的种种便利，我们不得不采取合理有效的措施，防止个人信息泄露，阻止个人信息的黑色产业链进一步恶化。本论文通过对不同年龄和不同学历的网络用户进行问卷调查，采用抽样调查法、统计分析法得出不同类型网民对“个人信息泄露与防范”的不同看法。分别从信息主体、技术角度、法律角度和商业角度分析个人信息泄露的原因。提醒广大用户要有维护个人信息权利的意识，树立正确的个人信息使用观念。倡导相关行业能够研发更加安全有效的保护个人信息的数据库保密技术，如采用安全控制技术、密钥技术和安全防范技术等。最后从法律角度提出要合理界定个人信息的范围；明确个人信息法律保护的内容；规定关于个人信息保护的事前监管机制；完善有关个人信息保护的事后补救制度等建议。
