Abstract:A Simple introduction to a new lesson of junior English teaching is the beginning of a class and it is also an important teaching step, but its importance is ignored constantly. In fact, it is particularly important to junior students, because it is the request of the new course standard of English. An appropriate simple introduction not only can promote the students’ classroom learning, but also can provide a good window for a teacher to present his or her teaching art and it plays an essential role in English classroom teaching. However, if the simple introduction is not employed properly, it will not show its significance and function.

中文摘要:英语课堂导入是一堂课的开始，也是重要环节，但其重要性通常不被教师们重视。英语课堂导入在初中阶段尤为重要，它符合新课程标准的要求，恰当的导入不仅对学生的课堂学习起到良好的促进作用，同时也是体现一个教师教学艺术的窗口，有利于教师组织课堂教学。然而，在教学当中，如果课堂导入运用得不恰当，也不能发挥其积极的作用。
