Abstract: With the rapid development of global economy, the world has been linked together. Due to   different cultures，thinking modes as well as values between China and the West，there are so many differences in table manners between them. This thesis first introduces some different table manners between China and western countries, and then analyzes the reasons of the differences. Finally a conclusion is drawn. It is hoped that this thesis will help people to behave better in international communication after understanding the differences of table manners and the causes of them.

摘要：随着经济全球化的发展，世界被紧密的联系在了一起。由于中国和西方社会具有不同的文化、思维模式以及价值观，餐桌礼仪上的差异也为数众多。本文试图介绍中国和西方国家餐桌礼仪的一些差异，并且进一步分析了产生这些差异的原因。最后作者提出结论。作者希望，理解这些差异及其产生原因有助于帮助人们在国际交流中举止更加得体。
