Abstract: This paper tried to research the effect between associative memory and vocabulary acquisition from the definition, the classification, and the theoretical evidence. Try to explore the feasibility of associative memory in theory, and carry the theory into practice. Found that associative memory can increase the effects of vocabulary acquisition and memory. In conclusion, associative memory should be advocated in the teaching field, for language learning will be a great of help.
