ABSTRACT

The application of business English apology has been widely used in modern society, and business English apology has an irreplaceable role in improving interpersonal meaning. This study is mainly to study the interpersonal meaning of Business English Apologies from the perspective of Interpersonal Metafunction. Personal system has different aspects, among which they are interpersonal meaning, mood system and modality system.. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the interpersonal meaning of business English.
