摘要:在物质水平逐渐升高的社会中，各种疾病发病率也跟着上升，而代表世界发展的新生力量—中学生，其体质健康状况也越来越令人担忧，也逐渐受到人们的关注，为了及时准确的了解中学生的体质健康现状，本文以徐州市中学生为研究测试对象，通过准确的抽样测试方法及数据分析，使我们了解到目前徐州市中学生的身体形态偏向于肥胖和超重状态，而身体各方面素质也不容乐观，通过这次测试了解到了目前徐州市中学生的体质健康状况，同时也提醒中学生注意健康问题，引起有关部门对中学生体质健康的重视程度，使学校和广大学生以及家长能够及时了解学生的健康水平，为进一步探究学校体育的发展规律和制定促进学生体质健康发展的方针、政策提供参考。

Abstract:In a material level rising society, all kinds of disease morbidity also follow up on behalf of the world, and the development of new forces - middle school students, their physical health is also more and more worrying, also gradually got the attention of people, to the timely and accurate understanding current health condition of students, taking Xuzhou middle school students study test object, through the precise sampling testing methods and data analysis, make we read about the current body configuration of Xuzhou middle school students in favour of obese and in a material level rising society, all kinds of disease morbidity also follow up on behalf of the world, and the development of new forces - middle school students, their physical health is also more and more worrying, also gradually got the attention of people, to the timely and accurate understanding current health condition of students, taking Xuzhou middle school students study test object, through the precise sampling testing methods and data analysis, make we read about the current body configuration of xuzhou middle school students in favour of obese and overweight status, and physical aspects quality is not optimistic, through this test learned at present, the physical health of xuzhou middle school students, but also remind students attention health problems, cause department related to the attention of students' health, schools and the general students and parents can prompt understanding students' health level, to further explore the development of the school sports rules and for promoting the development of students' physical health guidelines, policies to provide the reference.
