摘要:建立了牛奶中四环素类抗生素等残留量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用迪马platisil ODS C18色谱柱,以乙腈:0.01mol/L柠檬酸(25:75)为流动相,采用变流速洗脱。柱温为25oC,检测波长为355nm。以pH4.0的Na2EDTA-Mcllvaine缓冲液为提取溶液,进样量为20μL,使五种抗生素获得了较好的分离,方法回收率在74%~85%之间,检出限均低于1μg/L,可满足对牛奶中四环素残留检测的要求。方法具有快速、灵敏、简便、高效、适用性强的特点,适用于牛奶中四环素类抗生素等的同时检测。

Abstract:A HPLC method is rebuilt to detect Tetracycline antibiotics residues in milk. This method uses the Dima platisil ODS C18 column, acetonitrile : 0.01mol/L citric acid(25:75) as the mobile phase and variable flow rate of elution. The column temperature is 25oC. Using the Na2EDTA-Mcllvaine buffer solution as its extraction solution, in which the PH is 4.0 and at the same time the injection volume is 20μl. This method makes the five antibiotics get better separation. Method meets the requirements on the detection tetracycliene residues in milk, because its recovery is between 74% to 85% and the detection limit is less than 1μg. This method has the feature of rapidity, sensitivity, simple, effectivity and applicability, applying for the simultaneous detection of Tetracycline antibiotics, ect in milk.
