摘要:随着改革开放的深入和市场经济的不断发展，在那刀村人民的物质生活水平不断提高的同时，精神文明建设方面也取得一定的成效。但目前仍存在较多突出问题，如封建迷信思想有增无减、聚众赌博盛行、青少年中的文盲半文盲现象严重、村民之间普遍存在矛盾等，这些问题不仅不利于那刀村的精神文明建设，而且也会进一步影响物质文明的发展。针对目前那刀村精神文明建设存在的问题，我们应该努力提高那刀村广大村民的科学文化素质和思想道德境界，大力开展积极健康的文化娱乐活动，加强“三方”教育管理等，以不断推进那刀村各项事业的发展。

ABSTRACT:With the deepening of reform and opening-up and the unceasing development of market economy, the construction of spiritual civilization in Nadao village has gained some certain effects during the continuous improvement of villagers’ material living standard. But there still exists many salient problems, for instance, the increasing existence of feudal superstition; the prevalence of gambling together; the serious phenomena of illiterate or semi-literate among the teenagers and the intensification of contradiction among villagers, etc. These problems not only go against to the construction of spiritual civilization in Nadao village, but also further influence the development of material civilization. Aim at the existing problems in the current construction of spiritual civilization, we should try our best to enhance the cultural and scientific qualities, the mental and moral realm of villagers; to launch some cultural and recreational activities which are positive and healthy vigorously and, Strengthening the" three party " of Education Management, etc. With these countermeasures, the development of the causes in Nadao villager will be boosted continuously.
