摘要:近几年来，随着中国经济的飞速发展，民营企业已经在国民经济中占有很重要的一部分，它更是社会生产力促进发展的重要力量资源。然而在市场经济的深化改革中，融资问题是民营企业能够进一步发展的主要问题。对于民营企业能够解决融资的问题，能够发展集团以及最终实现企业规模化，从民营企业的内部融资和外部融资困难进行搜索以及研究分析处理的办法和对策，在这几个方面都是具有比较重要的社会经济发展的意义。本文根据伟佳视听器材公司的融资现状进行分析，找出公司融资困难的成因，针对公司融资困境找出解决的相应对策。依据市场中融资程度的深化以及民营企业的经济发展能够进一步突破，是融资问题在民营企业中将来会以更加完善研究解决的重要方式。

　　　本文主要是以伟佳视听器材有限公司研发产品为例，研究民营企业融资渠道进行分析，从而分析研究出企业在融资问题方面体现的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。本文主要是根据理论知识，从而联系实际要解决的企业现在存在的融资问题进行研究分析，最后在融资方面给出自身建设、企业体系统筹规划、企业管理方面的有效建议，通过对伟佳视听器材有限公司这一例子，从而给出我国民营企业在融资问题中能够得到有效解决的方法，得出企业符合利润最大化的策略，清除一切阻碍企业发展的因素，提高我国民营企业的筹资能力。
