摘要:后经济危机时代，我国市场经济将更快地发展。当前宏观环境和微观环境都发生很大的变化，企业作为市场主体面临筹资渠道选择、资金投降抉择、利益分配调整、财务风险规避等财务管理问题。而现金流量管理则是财务管理的核心，浙江中小企业的现金流量管理仍存在各种各样的问题，金融危机的影响下浙江许多中小企业因资金链断裂而倒闭。

　　　本文采用文献分析法、统计分析法和对比分析法，通过对浙江美大实业股份有限公司现金管理的现状进行分析，剖析浙江美大现金管理存在的主要问题，探讨浙江美大现金管理的影响因素，提出通过强化经营活动现金流量管理、强化投融资活动现金流量管理、加强现金流量结构的规划与控制、构建现金流量管理为核心的管理信息系统等的浙江美大现金流量管理建议。

Abstract:　After economic crisis era, China's market economy will develop more quickly. The current macro environment and micro environment have occurred great changes, enterprises as the market main body facing financing channels to choose, cash surrender choices, interest allocation adjustment, financial management problems such as financial risk aversion. And cash flow management is the core of financial management, zhejiang small and medium-sized enterprise cash flow management still exist various problems, under the influence of financial crisis, many small and medium-sized enterprises in zhejiang because of capital chain rupture and collapse.
