摘要:资本结构是指各个企业资本的价值结构及其比例关系，是一定时期内企业筹资组合的结果。作为企业财务管理中的一项重要指标，资本结构的优化极为关键。优化资本结构，使企业能够建立管理科学、权责分明的现代企业制度，从而提高企业债务和再融资能力，使得企业实现利润最大化。

　　　本文通过分析凯诺科技股份有限公司2008年至2011年的财务数据，主要从资产负债率、流动负债、内部融资和股权结构等方面对公司资本结构现状进行分析，然后根据分析对企业的资本结构进行优化，比如适度提高资产负债率、调整公司负债结构和融资结构、合理分配股本结构、提高企业盈利水平等。

Abstract:Capital structure refers to the value of all kinds of the enterprise capital structure and its proportional relationship, and it is the result of the enterprise financing combination in a certain period.Capital structure is an important indicator in enterprise financial management, and the optimization of capital structure is the key. By optimizing capital structure, the enterprise can establish a modern enterprise system with scientific management system, and a clear division of power and responsibility to improve enterprise debt and the refinancing ability, then it will make enterprise realize the profit maximization. 

　　　Through analyzing financial data of Kainuo Technology Shares Company from 2008 to 2011, I mainly analyze the enterprise's capital structure present situation from the asset-liability ratio, current liabilities and equity structure, internal financing.Then according to the analysis to enterprise's capital structure ,I find the capital structure’s optimization measures, such as moderately improving the asset-liability ratio, adjusting the structure of company debt and financing structure, distributing the capital structure reasonably, improving the level of corporate profits, etc.
