摘要：随着世界经济一体化的脚步加快，当前商业银行资产业务得到了快速的发展。2007年由美国引发的次贷危机对国际金融体系造成严重影响，经过近年来世界各国对恢复经济采取的措施，金融危机的局势有所缓解，但目前全球经济和金融体系依然脆弱。在今天世界经济发展的大环境下，我国商业银行主要面临来自两方面的压力：一是全球商业银行竞争的压力，二是全球经济变动的风险。但与此同时，我们也看到伴随着压力而来的机遇与挑战。

　　　商业银行资产业务的发展直接关系到银行经营绩效的高低，而提高经营绩效既是商业银行适应社会经济发展和激烈市场竞争的需要，同时也是银行自身发展的必要条件。因此，研究我国商业银行资产业务对经营绩效的影响就有着重要的意义。

　　　本文从我国商业银行发展情况出发，通过相关文献的查阅，对我国商业银行资产业务的发展现状、经营绩效的衡量以及商业银行资产业务对经营绩效的影响作出理论分析。以我国13家上市商业银行的相关数据指标为依据，通过模型设计、样本数据分析的方法对本文研究的问题做出实证分析。通过分析商业银行资产业务对经营绩效的影响得出结论，并给出相应的对策及建议。

Abstract：As the world economic integration steps to speed up, the current commercial bank assets, business has been rapid development. Triggered by U.S. subprime mortgage crisis in 2007 caused serious influence on the international financial system, through in recent years, countries around the world for the recovery measures taken by the situation in the financial crisis abated, but the global economy and financial system remains fragile. In today's world economic development environment, our country commercial bank main faces pressure from two aspects: one is the world's commercial bank competition pressure, the second is the risk of changes in the global economy. But at the same time, we also see the opportunities and challenges associated with stress. 

　　　Commercial bank assets business of bank's performance is directly related to the development of high and low, and improve the business performance is not only the commercial Banks to adapt to the social and economic development and the needs of the fierce competition in the market, at the same time it is also the necessary conditions for the development of the Banks themselves. Therefore, studies our country commercial bank assets business impact on business performance has important significance. 

　　　Embarks from our country commercial bank development situation, this article through the consult literature, to our country commercial bank assets business development present situation, business performance measurement and the influence of assets of commercial Banks operating performance to make the theoretical analysis. With 13 listed commercial Banks in China on the basis of the relevant data index, through the model design, sample data analysis method to make empirical analysis in this paper, we study the problem. Through analysis of assets of commercial Banks operating performance came to the conclusion that the influence of and corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions is given.
