摘要:伴随全球经济贸易的飞速发展和各企业间日益激烈的竞争，民营企业的数量日渐增多，其在经济发展和社会协调等方面所起作用也越来越大。但是，与民营企业对经济增长作出的重要贡献极不相符的是，民营企业的发展环境并不是很理想，尤其是在企业的融资方面，已然成为各国经济发展中阻碍民营企业发展的重要问题。我国的民营企业同样如此，在现今我国宏观经济发展较好、金融监管的力度逐步加大的环境中，资金已成为民营企业中堪比人才、技术等因素更为渴求的稀缺资源。

　　　本文试以华美服饰有限公司融资为研究对象，对华美服饰有限公司融资中存在的问题进行分析和探讨，并提出全面增强企业的自身素质、完善政府的政策扶持、健全融资担保体系等解决企业融资困境的措施，延伸到为解决民营企业融资难的问题提供参考。所以，本文的研究主题，不仅仅具有重要的理论意义，同时也有较强的应用价值。

Abstract:With the rapid development of economy and global trading, the number of private enterprises is increasing dramatically. Although faced with fierce domestic and international competition, private enterprises are playing more and more important role in the economic development and social coordination. However, the development environment of private enterprises is not in accordance with the contributions they have made for economic growth, especially in corporate financing, which has become a major obstacle to the development of private enterprises. As to China, in the environment of healthy macroeconomic development and increasingly intensifying financial regulations, funds have become a scarce resource even more desirable than talent and technology.

　　　This paper researches the case of Huamei Garments Co., analyzes its financing problems and put forward a series of corresponding solutions including fully enhancing the enterprise’s own quality, improving the government's policy support and perfecting the financing guarantee system. All these measures can provide a reference to solving financing problems for China’s private enterprises, granting the paper both important theoretical significance and a strong practical value.
