摘 要:中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，在经济发展中具有大企业无法替代的特殊战略地位。中小企业作为市场经济的主要力量，解决了社会上极大的就业问题，在促进经济增长及解决就业和再就业过程中，有着深远的影响和作用。中小企业的发展离不开强大的金融支持，但由于企业自身和我国经济体制等多方面的原因，致使我国中小企业普遍存在融资难的问题，融资难造成中小企业融资方式单一，融资渠道狭窄，融资结构不合理。融资难严重制约了我国中小企业的发展速度。想要解决中小企业生存和发展上的障碍，能够想尽办法解决中小企业融资问题，无疑是一条有效的途径。在当前经济发展的情况下，采取什么样的办法解决中小企业的融资问题是值得我们去探讨的。

　　　本文以中小企业融资现状作为研究的切入点，根据泉州地区中小企业融资状况抽样调查的结果，针对泉州地区中小企业融资状况的案例，结合当地金融环境，对现阶段泉州市中小企业融资现状及融资难的原因进行具体分析，最后，提出解决泉州市中小企业融资难的政策和建议。

ABSTRACT:The medium-sized and small-sized enterprises is one of the important parts of the China national economy, SMEs are on the special position that the large enterprises cannot be replaced by the large enterprises which in Chinese society. SMEs as the basic active power for the Chinese market, to accommodate the majority of workers, meanwhile, plays an important role in promoting economic growth and solve the employment and re-employment process. The development of small and medium-sized the need for a strong financial support, but because of the problems of the enterprises and China’s economic system, make the big financing problems of the China's SMEs. Cause the difficulties in financing, make the narrow financing channels and the defect the financing structure. Financing difficulty restrict the pace of development in China. The only way to solve the obstruct of the development of the SMEs is to try to solve the SMEs financing problems. In the current context of economic crisis, what kind of financing solutions to small and medium-sized problem is really worth to explore.

　　　In this paper, SME financing status, as a research starting point, according to the financing situation of SMEs about the Quanzhou area sample survey in Quanzhou case, combined with the local financial environment, focus on the financing situation and the reason of financing difficulty of the SMEs in Quanzhou area, do the analysis, finally, propose solutions to solve the problems of the financing difficulty of Quanzhou SMEs.
