摘要：随着市场经济的发展以及经济的全球化,我国企业的并购活动持续活跃。目前,国内外大量的并购案例表明,并购的协同效应是企业并购成败的关键，特别在财务上应当给予更多的重视。因而致力于财务协同效应的研究对搞好我国的企业并购活动具有十分重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文从财务协同效应的相关理论入手阐述，并结合了近期内光明收购维他麦的经典案例，通过其并购前后财务数据的对比，构建框架来评估分析企业并购的财务协同效应，并提出相关于财务整合上的一些建议。

Abstract: With the development of market economy and economic globalization, China's mergers and acquisitions activity continued to be active.
