摘要：在经济“全球化，多元化“的影响下，现代企业发展迅速，传统的资金管理已经滞后，而很多企业却忽视了资金成本的重要性。资金成本主要是指企业为筹集和使用资金而必须付出的费用。资金成本是财务管理中一个重要的概念，资金是推动企业发展的基础，企业为扩大生产建设、加大投资取得收益需要获取必要的资金。而资金成本的高低将制约企业的发展，影响着企业的筹资决策和投资决策。 

　　　本文就资金成本在财务决策中的应用做出一些探讨，通过对青岛海尔股份有限公司利用资金成本做出有效筹资和投资决策这一案例分析说明资金成本在财务决策中的应用，根据我国企业资金成本运用现状，提出一些降低企业资金成本的建议。企业需要不断改善资金的管理，提高资金资金运行效率，制定最佳筹资方案，才能逐步解决资金成本应用的困惑。

Abstract：In the economic globalization,under the influence of diversified, modern enterprises have developed rapidly, the traditional financial management has lagged behind, and many enterprises have ignored the importance of capital cost. Capital cost mainly refers to the collection and use of funds but must pay a fee. The cost of capital is in the financial management is an important concept, capital is to drive the basis for the development of enterprises, enterprises to expand production and construction, increase investment income needed to obtain the necessary funds. While the fund cost will restrict the development of enterprises, influence enterprise's financing and investment decision.

　　　In this paper, the cost of capital in the financial decision making to make some discussion on application, through to the Qingdao Haier limited use of capital cost to make the effective financing and investment decision in this case analysis shows that the cost of capital in financial decision-making in the application, according to our country enterprise's cost of funds utilization present situation, put forward some suggestions to reduce the cost of capital. Enterprises need to continuously improve the capital management, raise capital to capital to run efficiency, make the best financing scheme, to gradually solve the capital cost of application of confusion.
