摘要：小组工作理论模式是社会工作目标、实施原则和工作方法等一种整合性框架，其发展历程是一个源于实务工作而逐步走上专业化的过程。小组工作的四种主要理论模式——社会目标模式、社会互惠模式、社会治疗模式和社会发展模式的不同划分都是理论逻辑上的分类，在实际操作上并不能截然分开。本次研究试图通过比较分析四种小组工作理论模式的理论基础和具体内容，优势和限制及其在中国的适用性及工作原则等，以期在小组工作实务过程中，引导小组工作者根据小组的情况，有针对地采取不同的小组工作模式，从而解决实际问题。

Abstract:  Group work theory model is social work target, implementation principle and method of a kind of integrated framework, its development is a work from practice has gradually become the process of specialization. Team work of the four main theoretical model - social target mode, social mutual mode, social treatment mode and social development mode is divided into different theoretical logical classification, in the actual operation and can't completely separate. This study attempts to through the comparative analysis of four kinds of group work theory model of theoretical foundation and concrete content, advantages and limitations in China and its applicability and working principle and so on, in order to work in groups in the process of practice, and guide team worker according to the group, according to adopt different group work mode, so as to solve practical problems.

　　中国知网、期刊网发布的关于小组工作理论模式的研究数量整体偏少，很难找到一篇完全针对小组工作理论模式的研究成果，并且从发表日期来看，研究文献数并没有呈逐年上升趋势，在两个网站上按“小组工作模式”关键词进行精确搜索，得到的数量屈指可数，数量至少可见一斑。其次，文献类型比较较单一。专著基本没有，论文较少，一些报告或书籍中有少量涉及的情况。可见，小组工作理论模式的研究还不是社会工作研究的主流，这方面的研究尚未成为关注的焦点。

　　但可以看出，小组工作理论模式的相关研究仍然可以搜集到若干，研究的视角主要有两个方面：一是介绍和借鉴西方传统小组工作理论模式的经验；二是结合我国的实际情况提出一些建议。
