摘要：  大学生“村官”计划是当前我国为建设新农村、缓解大学生就业压力而实施的一项重大举措。论文将由毕业于南京晓庄学院的大学生村官切入，以小见大，通过分析大学生村官工作前踌躇满志与工作后面临的现实问题之间的矛盾，研究大学生“村官”政策有效实施的对策，为今后大学生“村官”政策的可持续发展提供参考性建议。

Abstract：The plan of College- student village official in current China is an important step to build new countryside and alleviate employment stress of college student. This article from the investigation of college-student village official who have graduated from Nanjing Xiaozhuang college, imagining the big from the small, through the analysis to the conflicts between self-complacence before work and facing realistic problems in work, studies the countermeasures of the effective implementation of the college-student village official policy, to provide suggestions for reference for the sustainable development of the policy.

　　选聘高校毕业生到村任职，是党中央作出的一项重大决策，对于深入贯彻落实科学发展观，加快推进社会主义新农村建设，培养造就经过基层实践锻炼、对人民群众有深厚感情的党政干部后备人才，具有重大而深远的战略意义。被选聘的这些大学生村官现在的状况是怎样？与当时的理想又有多大的差距？笔者选取了毕业于南京晓庄学院的大学生村官以及部分他们的同事。通过走访调查和QQ聊天的方式，并对调查所得信息加以综合的分析，最后掌握了大学生村官理想与现实碰撞的相关资料。
