摘要：当前，越来越多的新生代农民工进入城市，参与到城市的生产建设中，成为城市建设的主力军，他们素质的高低直接关系到我国城市化建设的健康发展，因此对他们进行针对性的培训，提高其自身的素质和职业技能就显得尤为重要。但是，现阶段各级组织和机构对新生代农民工的职业技能培训中仍然存在着重视程度不够、培训不足等问题，必须从新生代农民工自身、政府、企业各方面入手，抓紧抓好新生代农民工的职业技能培训工作。

Abstract: At the moment, more and more new generation of migrant workers come into the city and participate into the production and construction of the city, they have gradually become the subject of the city’ construction. The quality of them is directly related to the healthy development of our urbanization construction, so it is of great importance to improve their own qualities and professional skills by targeted training. However, at present, the training of all levels of organizations and institutions still exist some problems, such as lack of the attention on the training and so on, so we should start from the new generation of migrant workers themselves, the government and the business, then pay close attention to the training of vocational skills of the new generation of migrants.
