摘 要:随着经济全球化趋势的加强以及现代科学技术和交通方式的发展，国际物流产业作为一个发展势头迅猛的服务部门，正在国际经济与贸易中发挥着越来越大的作用。作为国与国之间经济往来的桥梁，物流与贸易共同构成了国际经济不可或缺的两个方面。作为国际贸易不可分割的一部分，国际物流的发展已成为一个备受关注的问题。我国物流业由于传统体制的影响，加上物流教育起步较晚以及企业对物流认识不足等因素的限制，发展水平相对滞后。江苏省位于我国东部沿海地区，在物流业发展中具有先天的区位优势，我们应把这个优势利用起来，大力发展现代物流，促进我省对外贸易的发展，从而促进江苏经济进一步发展。

　　　本论文以江苏省国际物流产业发展对国际贸易的影响为中心，从理论分析开始，对国际物流的产生与发展进行了详细的回顾和整理，逐步引入国际物流对国际贸易影响的基本理论，并运用1995—2012年江苏省国际物流的有关数据和进出口额，进行实证分析研究，得出初步结论，最后从如何促进国际贸易的角度提出了江苏省国际物流产业发展的对策与建议。

ABSTRACT:With the strengthening of the trend of economic globalization and the development of modern science and technology and mode of transportation, international logistics industry, a service sector with rapid development, plays an increasingly important role in international economic and trade. As an economic bridge between countries, logistics and trade together constitute the two indispensable aspects of the international economic. As an integral part of international trade, international logistics development has become a major area of ​​concern. China's logistics industry, due to the traditional system, together with the restrictions of logistics education started late, and the lack of knowledge of enterprise logistics and other factors, is lagging behind in the level of development. Jiangsu Province is located in China's eastern coastal areas, has a unique geographical advantage in the development of the logistics industry, we should make full use of this advantage, vigorously develop modern logistics, import and export trade, and to promote the economic growth of Jiangsu.

　　　This paper focuses on the influencing factors of Jiangsu international logistics industry to international trade. Starting from the theoretical research, it carries out a detailed retrospective and combing of the emergence and development of the international logistics. Then it gradually introduces the basic theory of international logistics impact on international trade, and uses the relevant data of Jiangsu Province from 1995 to 2012 to reach preliminary conclusions. Finally, from the perspective of how to facilitate international trade, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of the international logistics industry development in Jiangsu Province.
