摘 要:作为一个农业大省，黑龙江省农业经济的发展与农产品出口息息相关。而在黑龙江省对外农产品出口贸易中，对韩农产品出口始终占有重要的战略性地位。改革开放以来，黑龙江省一直致力于与韩国的经贸合作，并且得到了长足发展。在黑龙江省对韩的经贸合作中，对韩农产品出口一直处于不可替代的重要地位。由于韩国贫乏的土地和劳动力资源限制，其国内农产品生产远远不能满足国内需求，因此韩国每年都需要进口大量的农产品。黑龙江省和韩国地理位置近，农业资源丰富，因此在对韩农产品出口贸易中具有明显的优势。目前，黑龙江省对韩农产品贸易取得了一定的发展，但也存在着一些明显的制约阻碍因素。

　　　本论文首先分析了黑龙江省和韩国各自的农业概况，由此得出黑龙江省农产品出口的比较优势，同时，详细探究了黑龙江省对韩农产品的贸易现状，总结其现阶段存在的问题。在论文的最后，提出了对韩农产品出口贸易的具体对策及措施，以便使黑龙江省对韩农产品贸易能进一步扩大规模，顺利发展，从而推动黑龙江省经济的腾飞。

ABSTRACT:In Heilongjiang Provincial Foreign Trade in agricultural exports, agricultural exports to South Korea occupies an important strategic position .Since the reform and opening up, Heilongjiang province has been committed to the economic and trade cooperation with South Korea ,and has obtained the considerable development. In Heilongjiang Province Economic and trade cooperation to South Korea, agricultural exports to South Korea have always been in an irreplaceable position. Owing to limit of South Korea's poor land and labor resources, its domestic production is far cannot meet domestic demand, so South Korea need to import large amounts of agricultural products every year.

　　　This paper first analyzes the general situation of the agriculture in Heilongjiang province and South Korea respectively, the comparative advantage of exported agricultural products in Heilongjiang. Meanwhile, it explores in detail in Heilongjiang agricultural trade situation for Korea to summarize the existing problems. In the end of the paper, it presents to Korea export trade of agricultural products specific measures and initiatives in order to make Heilongjiang agricultural trade for Korea to further expand the scale and smooth development, thus promoting the economic takeoff of Heilongjiang.
