【摘要】大学生就业形势的多变与与时俱进，表现在多方面，如何更好的保护其利益以及正确认识就业协议的作用不容小视。该论文将提供对于就业协议的内容的部分参考，具有一定的理论及实践意义。大学生就业协议在目前大学生就业过程中起着非常重要的作用。大学生就业协议从性质上说属于预约合同，具有法律效力，违反就业协议的当事人应当承担法律责任。学校在大学生就业协议中作为一方主体同大学生和用人单位一样按照协议的约定享有权利、承担义务。
