摘要:在现代物流的几大功能之中，运输是最重要的功能之一。运输是将物品从一个地点运送到另一个地点的物流活动过程，是物流活动的关键环节。在运输过程当中所产生的各种支出成本被称为物流运输成本。在物流总成本中，物流运输成本占据了较大的比例。所以有效地控制运输成本对物流总成本的控制有着举足轻重的作用，因此怎样控制好物流运输成本是企业提高自身市场竞争力所要面临的重要问题。

本文从企业物流运输成本控制的概念、特点、构成以及影响运输成本的因素等方面进行论述，分析了A企业物流运输成本控制的现状及存在的各种问题，并针对这些现状及问题提出了企业物流运输成本控制的改进对策。

ABSTRACT:In the several functions of modern logistics, transportation is one of the most important functions. Transportation is transport goods from one place to another place,and it is the key link of logistics activities. The transportation costs of logistics is for the completion of the various costs of cargo transportation expenses. Transportation cost accounts for a larger proportion of the total cost of logistics. Effectively controlling the transportation cost plays an important role in  the total cost of logistics, so how to control the transportation cost is an important problem to be solved in the enterprise. 

This paper discuss the transportation cost control from its conception、characteristics、constitution and the factors of impact transportation cost act. Analysis the current situation of transportation cost control of logistics and existing problems in A enterprise, and puts forward some strategies to control the transportation cost in the enterprise.
