摘要:超材料是人工设计的复合材料,是存在于自然界中特殊的材料。负折射率材料(NIMS),通常在一个常见的频率波段呈现出的介电常数和磁导率μ是负的,这是超材料重要的特征之一。它具有与一般材料大为不同的传播性质:超常的透射,反射,折射和吸收现象等。超材料这种增强效应在亚波长光学、光电集成器件等方面的应用,以及其潜在的丰富的物理机制,使其已成为当前研究领域的热点之一。

   本文采用镂空模板法——一种新型制备工艺,即先制作带有镂空图形的SU-8膜,然后将金属薄膜沉积在SU-8膜上,获得具有特定波长透过率异常增强的表面三明治结构的超材料。并利用高频结构仿真软件HFSS对实验中用到超材料结构进行了仿真,分析了不同孔径以及不同介质层对负折射超材料透射行为的影响。之后研究了有效介质模型下的低频透射带的电磁响应来测定透射的有效参数,验证了负折射率对应的低频率电磁波共振的透射峰,以及夹层的吸收对透射率的影响,得到了电磁共振模式下夹层吸收的介电损耗,将会导致了透光率的减少的结果。

Abstract:Metamaterials are artificial design of composite materials ,which is a special materials negative refractive index materials (NIMS) that exist in nature. NIMS always show a dielectric constantand magnetic permeability μ in a common frequency band. And this is one of the important features of negative material. It has a very different nature of the spread of general materials: the extraordinary transmission, reflection, refraction, absorption phenomena and so on. The enhanced effect of metamaterials in subwavelength optics, optoelectronic integrated device, as well as its potential wealth of physical mechanism have made it become one of the hot area of ​​research.

     In this paper, the hollow template method - a new preparation process, namely, the first production of SU-8 layer with hollow graphics, and then the metal film was deposited in the SU-8 membrane.And then we can acquire a specific wavelength enhanced transmission surface sandwich metamaterial structure. We simulate the metameterials used in our experirment by high frequency structure simulation software HFSS, and analyse the transmission changes of different pore sizes and different dielectric layer on the negative refraction metamaterials. Besides, we study the electromagnetic response of the effective medium model to determine the effective parameters of the transmission in low-frequency transmission band ,and  verify that the transmission peaks of negative refractive index corresponding to the low-frequency electromagnetic resonance, as well as dissection of the electromagnetic resonancethe loss of the interlayer dielectric absorption mode.At last,all of this will lead to the reduction of light transmittance.
