镉离子表面分子印迹聚合物的吸附性能评价及其应用.rar

摘要:以镉离子为模板分子,硅胶为表面制备印迹聚合物,通过静态和动态选择性吸附、吸附动力学等实验评价印迹聚合物的吸附性能。结果表明,印迹聚合物的吸附能力远大于非印迹聚合物,印迹聚合物的静态最大吸附量为28.93mg/g,是非印迹聚合物最大吸附量的2.88倍;动态最大吸附量32.73mg/g,是非印迹聚合物的2.98倍。印迹聚合物对实际水样中的镉离子吸附量是非聚合物的3.05倍。聚合物对镉离子的回收率都在80%以上,表明镉离子聚合物材料可以有效地运用于对环境样品中镉离子的吸附回收。

   分别采用Scatchard 模型,Langmuir模型,Freundlich模型以及Langmuir-Freundlich(LF)模型对分子印迹聚合物的吸附性能进行分析,比较发现LF模型适合用于非共价型印迹聚合物的吸附性能的分析,吸附平衡浓度为44.56μg/mL,最大吸附量为28.93μg/mg。

Abstract:Cadmium ion template molecule, silica gel as a functional monomer was prepared by cadmium ion imprinted polymer. Template molecule, the silica surface preparation imprinted polymer by static and dynamic selective adsorption, adsorption kinetics cadmium ion imprinted polymer adsorption properties of the experimental evaluation. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the imprinted polymer is much larger than the non-imprinted polymer imprinted polymer maximum static adsorption capacity of 28.93mg/g, 2.88 times the maximum adsorption capacity for the non-imprinted polymer; dynamic maximum adsorption capacity of 32.73mg/g, 2.98 times the non-imprinted polymer. The imprinted polymer non-polymer adsorption of cadmium ions in the water samples 3.05 times. The polymer recovery of cadmium ions in more than 80%, indicating that the the cadmium ion polymer material can be effectively used for the adsorption of cadmium ions in environmental samples recycling. The study on absorption kinetics shows that the selective binding is stronger than non-selective Absorption in IIP;in order to study the binging characteristic of IIP for Cd2+, scatchard model, Langmuir model, Freundlich model and Langmuir-Freundlich (LF) model are all adapted , and by comparison, LF model is found to be the most suitable model to describe the binding characteristic of IIP for Cd2+.When the concentration of adsorption equilibrium for 44.56μg/mL, its biggest 28.93μg/mg for the adsorption quantity.
