摘要:在全球信息化的大背景下，网络的海量信息、方便快捷、资源共享性使得人们越来越惯性的依赖互联网。但是也应该看到网络自由、宽松的环境削弱了传统道德的规范作用，信息良莠庞杂，某些思想会对长期依赖互联网的网民的人生观、世界观、价值观形成不小的冲击。“网络暴力”作为近年来频频出现的网络现象，其危害程度令人咂舌，对人们的生活产生极大的影响，不得不关注、分析它的形成环境及因素，以便采取有效的手段对网民的行为进行合理规范和疏导，最终达到净化网络环境的效果。

　　　“网络暴力”事件的出现与庞大的网民和复杂的环境有不可推脱的关系，“网络暴力”现象还往往伴随着侵权和侵犯他人隐私的产生，这些触及法律底线的行为应当得到人们的重视。网民应自己觉的提升自身的素质，做到自律，网站自觉的发挥“把关人”角色的作用，过滤具有暴力因素的信息，相关部门应加快立法建设，健全法律。相信在网民自身、网站和法律的三重作用下，网民在网络上所进行的行为会渐渐趋于合理，“网络暴力”现象也会逐步减少。
