Abstract:Japanese enterprises,possibly, cannot succeed in management without the influence of Chinese culture. Especially, Chinese Confucian management thought has influenced the Japanese enterprise culture. The Japanese enterprise culture adopts the positive opinions in Chinese Confucianism, especially the quite essence of Confucianism “humaneness, righteousness, propriety”, which has gradually extended to be people-oriented. It is the power factor of management success of Japanese enterprises. 

   This paper aims at analyzing how to use Confucianism into managed process and exploring the disadvantages of Chinese companies. At last, it sums up some useful inspiration to Chinese enterprise management.

中文摘要:日本企业管理的成功离不开中国文化,特别是中国儒家思想的长期熏陶对日本企业文化有着很大影响力。日本企业文化吸取了很多儒家积极的思想,尤其是儒家中的精髓“仁、义、礼”。这些在日本文化氛围中被逐渐引申为以人为本的思想,从而成为了日企管理成功的动力因素。

   在本文中,旨在分析如何运用儒家思想。从中国企业管理的不足之处和日本企业的成功之处进行探究和分析,最后总结出一些有助于中国企业管理的启示。
