摘要:本文研究了除苔灭藻剂对一种常见的沉水植物金鱼藻生长的影响。通过对不同灭藻剂含量下培养的金鱼藻的过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和丙二醛(MDA)含量变化的观察,发现随着灭藻剂含量从0ml/L到33ml/L逐渐递增时,金鱼藻过氧化物酶、超氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶及丙二醛含量均随灭藻剂浓度的增加而变化。丙二醛含量均随时间延长而上升,POD和SOD活性随时间变化呈先上升后下降的趋势。CAT活性随时间延伸上升。当灭藻剂含量达到33ml/L时,金鱼藻出现枯萎的现状,显示此浓度是除苔灭藻剂对金鱼藻生长胁迫的极限。

Abstract:This article studies the effects of algicide stress on the growth of  a common kind of  Ceratophyllum demersum L.. Through the observation of the changes of contents of Ceratophyllum demersum, dismutase ( POD ), superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), catalase ( CAT ) and malondialdehyde ( MDA ) under treatments of algicide with different contents., we found that along with the increasing of the content of algaecide from 0ml/L to 33ml/L, Ceratophyllum demersum L. 'contents of POD, SOD, CAT and MDA all changed: MDA contents increased at any time along with time increasing. The trends of activitives of POD and SOD were first increased ,then decreased along with changes of time. The trend of activity of CAT rised with time increasing. When algicide content was 33ml/L, Ceratophyllum demersum L wilted, showing that this concentration of algicide is the limit for studying stress on the growth of Ceratophyllum demersum L. in the present situation.
