摘要: 目的:对姜科植物山柰中的化学成分进行提取分离纯化。方法与结果:对山柰的95%乙醇提取物进行硅胶柱层析,以石油醚/乙酸乙酯体系进行洗脱,二氯甲烷提取部位以石油醚/乙酸乙酯体系洗脱。得到化合物A、B、C、D。结论:A经碳谱和氢谱验证后证明为对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯,B经氢谱验证为对甲氧基肉桂酸。C,D经香草醛浓硫酸显蓝绿色斑点,碘显色为一个紫色点,证明为单体化合物。

Abstract: Objective: Extraction and purification of chemical constituents in the ginger plant Kaempferia galanga. Methods and Results: Kaempferia galanga 95% ethanol extract silica gel column chromatography, eluting with petroleum ether / ethyl acetate, methylene chloride extract fractions eluted with petroleum ether / ethyl acetate system. Compound A, B, C, D. Conclusion: A, by the carbon spectra and NMR spectra verify that proved to be the methoxy ethyl cinnamate B NMR spectra to verify that the methoxy cinnamic acid. C, D, by vanillin in concentrated sulfuric acid blue-green spots, the iodine color is a purple point, proved to be monomers.
