摘要:随着保护地面积的不断增大,根结线虫的危害日益严重,给蔬菜生产带来了巨大损失。而化学杀线虫剂由于残留和污染问题被限制使用。有研究显示,应用有机肥料能使食腐线虫的数量增加,从而使寄生类线虫减少。试验方法:本实验初步选取了6种土壤有机质进行处理。通过盆栽实验,将土壤有机质配合传统化学农药对盆栽进行不同的处理,接种根结线虫至完全发病,统计并分析不同处理间的差异,选出最优的土壤有机质。对筛选出的土壤添加剂进行用量精细实验,设置不同的梯度,确定最佳的使用量和施用方法。结论:通过盆栽实验,化学杀线虫剂的使用量减少了一半,达到了预期的实验目的。

Abstract:With the increasing of the protected area, the root-knot nematode increasingly serious harm, caused tremendous damage to vegetable production. Chemical nematicides is limited due to the residue and pollution problems. Studies have shown that the increase in the number of nematode application of organic fertilizers can make food, so that parasitic nematodes reduce.Test Method: In this study, initially selected six kinds of soil organic matter processing. Tomato pot experiment, soil organic matter in conjunction with traditional chemical pesticides to be treated differently to the pot, inoculated with root-knot nematode disease, statistics and analyze the differences between the different treatment, to select the optimal soil organic matter. Screened soil additive amount of the fine experiment, set the gradient to determine the best usage and application methods. Conclusion: A pot experiment, the use of chemical nematicides to reduce by half, to reach the desired purpose of the experiment.
