摘要:114条“佛吉亚核心流程”确保佛吉亚在全球任何地方生产的产品都具有统一的标准和质量。这一体系为汽车制造商和佛吉亚的合作伙伴们所熟知，它帮助佛吉亚将工作重心集中在最佳工业模式上。本文以FES（佛吉亚卓越体系）为研究对象，并以佛吉亚（盐城）汽车部件系统有限公司的实际生产状况为例，介绍FES在佛吉亚（盐城）工厂汽车零部件生产中的具体运作过程，它是如何对汽车部件生产进行持续改进的。为了提高工作效率，佛吉亚编制并实施了FES这一体系，使每样内容都细化，更好的满足客户需求，我们对此进行研究，分析其在中国汽车制造业实施起来的情况，具体会面临哪些问题，更好以FES体系指导中国汽车制造业的发展。

ABSTRACT:One hundred and fourteen “Faurecia core processes”make sure that production of products have uniform standards and quality anywhere in the word.This unique system was well known by car manufacturers and Faurecia partner, it helps Faurecia will focus on the best industrial model.In this paper,We make a report on the study of FES.According to the actual production of Faurecia (Yancheng) Auto Parts Co., Ltd,Expounded the meaning of the FES, the role, advantages and disadvantages, and FES in auto parts production operation process.How it is for continuous improvement of the production of automotive parts.FES is designed to improve efficiency,Faurecia for the preparation and implementation of the system, so that every kind of content refinement, to better meet customer needs.We study,analysis of the automotive industry in China will face what problems.We will use it to guide the development of China's automobile industry.

本文以佛吉亚（盐城）汽车部件系统有限公司为例，介绍了FES的概念，阐述了它的含义，意义，以及FES在佛吉亚的地位，详细介绍了FES体系中的员工激励（Employee empowerment)和两大支柱PSE和QSE，PSE即生产体系效率（Production System Efficiency)，QSE即质量体系效率（Quality System Efficiency)，结合佛吉亚（盐城）工厂的实际情况，分析了FES具体运作过程，如何帮助其实现持续改进，从而帮助佛吉亚达到卓越。最后，针对中国汽车零部件发展现状，提出了一些运用FES合理指导中国汽车零部件制造业发展。
