摘 要:本文简要介绍了几种烟气同时脱硫、脱硝一体化技术。从反应原理、工艺特点和工业化进展等方面,对几种同时脱硫、脱硝一体化技术研究进展进行综述。认为同时脱硫脱硝技术相比于单独脱硫脱硝具有良好的经济性和灵活的技术选择性。

   为了实现同时脱硫、脱氮,制备了以粉煤灰、石灰、添加剂为原料、具有氧化能力的高活性吸收剂。探讨了高活性吸收剂脱硫、脱氮的机理。研究了影响吸收剂脱硫、脱氮效率的若干因素。

   活性炭纤维作为一种新型高效吸附剂,具有很大的外表面积,很强的吸附及催化能力,在环保领域尤其是在烟气脱硫、脱硝方面显示了广阔的应用前景,目前正成为世界各国环保研究的一个热点。论文在分析活性炭纤维特点及脱硫脱硝过程基础上,综述了国内外在活性炭纤维烟气净化方面的研究状况,提出今后在反应机理、活性炭纤维表面改性、以及同时脱硫脱硝方面应深入的研究方向。分析了微波诱导催化还原脱硫脱硝机理,指出微波作用能降低脱除反应的活化能,这表明微波不仅以其热效应促进了反应的进行,更发挥了它的催化作用。

Abstract:The simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification technologies were introduced briefly. The reaction mechanism, technical characteristics and process of severalsmi ultaneous desulfurization and denitrification technologies were reviewed by the research. The research development of the simultaneous desulfurization technogies and denitrification of flue gas in thermalpower plants were analyzed. Compared with technologies for DeSO2 and DeNOx separately, simultaneous removal has the advantages of cost effectiveness and flexibility. 

   The highly active absorbent with oxidization based on fly ash、lime and additive had been prepared for simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification. The mechanism of removal for SO2 and NOX was investigated. The influencing factors for the efficiencies of desulfurization and denitrification were studied. 

   Having large surface areas and strong adsorbing as well as catalyzing capability, activated charcoal fibers(ACF), a new kind of efficient absorbent, envision bright prospects in the field of environmental protection, especially concerning flue gas desulfurization and denitrification, and is therefore becoming one of the focal objects of study all over the world. Based on an analysis of ACF's characteristics and the reactions that takes place during desulfurization and denitrification, a review of the current status of research on the application of ACF in flue gas purification at home and abroad, is presented together with a proposal concerning problems to be studied in more detail, like mechanism of reaction, surface property modification and simultaneous removal of SOx and NOx. Analyzed is the microwave-induced catalytic reduction-based desulfuration and denitration mechanism, pointing out that the microwave reduces the activation energy of the above-cited removal reactions. This indicates that the microwave not only promotes the process of reactionswith its thermal effect but also gives full play to its catalytic action.
