摘 要:本课题的研究试图从循环流化床锅炉的几个主要经济指标(燃烧效率、飞灰含碳量、煤耗、风机电耗)方面进行分析,并依据国内外对于此课题研究的现状,总结一些提高其经济性的运行调整经验,以便在实际运行中加以实施,充分发挥循环流化床锅炉的优势。

   循环流化燃烧技术作为一种高效、低污染清洁燃烧技术,在我国已得到了迅速发展。但其较煤粉炉而言,热效率要低一些。本文结合南京金陵石化公司热电厂220T/H CFB锅炉,首先介绍其设备结构及布置,包括锅炉主要参数;燃料参数;汽水系统;风烟系统;燃料系统;底灰系统;锅炉及辅助设备相关参数。然后对循环流化床锅炉进行热效率的计算,包括工况表;锅炉正平衡效率;锅炉反平衡效率(固体未完全燃烧热损失、气体未完全燃烧热损失、排烟热损失、锅炉外部冷却热损失、灰渣物理热损失)。最后对影响锅炉热效率主要因素和循环流化床锅炉运行方式调整进行讨论,分别包括燃料特性的影响;飞灰份额的影响;影响排烟热损失的因素;影响固体未完全燃烧热损失的因素以及风量的调整。

Abstract:Research of this subject from the circulating fluidized bed boiler trying several major economic indicators (combustion efficiency, carbon content of fly ash, coal, wind electrical energy consumption) were analyzed, and according to international status for this research, summarizes some adjustment experience of the running to improve their economic to be implemented in the actual operation, give full play to the advantages of circulating fluidized bed boiler.

    CFB combustion technology as an efficient, low pollution and clean combustion technology, in China, has been developing rapidly. However, comparison of CFB and the pulverized coal, CFB’s thermal efficiency is lower. this topic combination of Nanjing Jinling Petrochemical Company Thermal Power Plant 220T / H CFB boiler, first introduced the structure and layout of their equipment, including the main parameters of the boiler; fuel parameters; water system; wind and smoke systems; fuel system; bottom ash system; boilers and auxiliary equipment related parameters. Then the thermal efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boiler calculations, including the condition table; boiler efficiency is balanced; boiler efficiency of anti-balance(incomplete combustion of solid heat loss, incomplete combustion gas heat loss, heat losses and boiler external cooling Heat loss, ash physical heat loss).Then on the main factors affect the thermal efficiency of boilers and circulating fluidized bed boiler means to discuss the impact of fuel properties were included; share of fly ash; of exhaust gas heat loss factors; of incomplete combustion of solid heat loss factors and the amount of wind adjustment.
